Another Bengals Late Night Punchline

Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" last night:
"Do you know what Cincinnati Bengals players call signing bonuses?"
"Bail money!"
And I hear that Letterman mentioned the Warren Correctional Institution jail in Lebanon one night last week, Wednesday I think. Anyone see that?

    Yes, Letterman did his fake (funny) letters from prisoners segment and claimed several times they were from the Warren County Correctional Institute in Lebanon. I thought it was interesting he mentioned a real prison so many times, maybe a writer is from here?
