Dayna Eubanks moves to noon
Dayna Eubanks, little seen on WKRC-TV these days, has moved permanently into the
ABC pulls two Fall TV shows
A month away from the official start of the TV season, and ABC has benched two new sitcoms. "Big Day" and "Notes from the Underbelly" won’t air until after "Dancing with the Stars" completes its run in November sweeps. "Betty the Ugly," the one-hour comedy about a plump plain Jane (America Ferrera) working for a NY fashion magazine, has been moved to
"Big Day" stars Marla Sokoloff and Josh Cooke as a young couple planning their wedding. "Notes from the Underbelly," about a young married couple preparing for their first child, stars Peter Cambor and Jennifer Westfeldt.
10 Days to "Prison Break
Fox again rolls out part of its new TV season about a month ahead of the other networks (because baseball playoffs interrupt October programming). So "Prison Break" opens its second season at
WARM98
Grayson, also a morning music host on WNKU-FM (89.7), had done the show for seven years. He says the station talked to him about cutting his fee, and didn’t hear any more until he was told his last show had aired July 29.
Says Grayson: "I"m proud of the work.... and I am extremely thankful for the talented local and national artists who have contributed their musical passion.... and to the gracious, loyal listeners of "Smooth Jazz Saturday Night."It felt like we were all doing the show together every week. I think there will be a lot of disappointed listeners."

two good things have been said: dayna eubanks moving to noon and michelle on 64...they both are underused and underrated, and they are both very qualified for this change
Will Steve Horstmeyer take over the noon weather duties on WKRC since Michelle is moving to the new 10 PM show on WSTR? I doubt Michelle will continue to work the noon and 4 PM shows on WKRC and add the 10 PM show on WSTR.
I'm guessing Brad Johansen will handle sports on the new 10 PM show.
Nope, Brad won't be on 64. Newcomer Tara Pachmayer will anchor sports most nights. Don't know who will do the other two nights for sports. My guess is that Brad/Braun/Andrews/Hedrick won't be seen much on 64, except in Big Breaking News situations where they need the A Team. Plus Brad is busy with the 4 pm, Bengals games, Bengals Line, etc.
Dayna needs to update her wigs and lose the silly laugh.
John - someone needs to do a better job removing personal comments from this blog. I'm tired of seeing posts about people's hair, marriages, and pants. Remember, these are all REAL people who all have access to reading this stuff. Don't post something you wouldn't say to their face.
its called free speech and it looks like its way to profane its gone. besides the people being ragged on might get a laugh out of the trivial stuff. the only way to control this blog is to make it where anyone and everyone has to register and then log in so then there would be no more anonymous posts like for example you anon 8/11/2006 1:43 PM
I give the 12/64 marriage about the same amount of time as the 12/Sycamore Township public access takeover.
It ain't gonna be pretty.
As for 64...call it NewsCentral Light.
Any new word on hires? They advertised for production peons over the weekend, making minimum wage to run that prompter and camera.
Can't believe Warm 98 would let Michael Grayson go; he had such a special way of presenting and playing the smooth jazz music music on Saturday nights. TJ Holland needs to get smart for a change; he really should make Grayson a generous offer to return.
Is Chris Lynn going to work 6 days a week???
As far as Local 12 Live @ Noon Weather--
I bet John Gumm/Jeff Creighton end up "tag-teaming" Noon weather.
I don't think Steve Horstmeyer likes doing the Noon weather. Plus, doesn't he teach a college course at UC or somewhere during that time?
The biggest hurdle 12's talent faces is not smacking their lips together before every story.
It's as if a consultant told every one of them to make a big "SMACK" as a divider between reports.
who dey folks thats all i got to say
