Score Another For SupertalkFM96.5

Just heard a promo on WFTK-FM (Supertalk96.5) for Miami University sports while listening to Paul "The Fish" Sturgeon's sports talk show.

SupertalkFM96.5 has picked up Miami University football, basketball and some hockey, starting in August. It had been on Clear Channel's 1360.

The stronger signal is good news for Miami fans, and it gives Supertalk its first sports franchise, though the Redshawks certainly don't compare in stature in this market to UC, XU or UK.

So are you saying that these entities have NO value what so ever? Who are you to say something like that...Jesus? I doubt it. So since you don't know, that comes across as a very ignorant comment. Is there not enough room on the lousy Cincinnati dial for something different like Jimmy "The Weasel" and Miami sports? Go back to your ever shrinking Clear Channel combine and drink some more Mays family kool aid!

I love watching 96.5 emerge as a force in local radio. Someone needs to go after Clear Channel. They sit around and think their _ _ _ _ dont stink and most of their programming on their big station is soooooooo tired. Change or get run over CC!!!!!!

Notes From The Combine:

*Hockey? In a city where
an OVERTIME Stanley Cup hockey game is pre-empted for the Preakness "Pre-Race" show.

**The Cincinnati dial merely reflects the intellect of the residents.

***The Mays, Izzys, Kool Aid all make tons of money.

The Combine's always open.
Come on over, sit a spell.

Are you saying Furman is tired? He used to be on WLW. Give me a break. 96.5 won't be talk this time next year. If it is it will still be in 17 th place in the ratings!!

Pay attention you nut. The Preakness cut-in was done by the
network. Local TV had no control. do your homework before making charges!!!!!!!!11

WLW and the Titanic...unsinkable, right? Yeah...you keep on believing that.

Speaking of WLW. Can someone please tell me what in the hell does "continuous in-depth team coverage" means when their news comes on. They make it sound like there is a news report that lasts for an hour. Is there really radio news in this market?
