Fox has renewed "House" and "Bones" for next season, which is no surprise given the huge ratings for them paired with "American Idol."

"Family Guy" creator Seth McFarland is executive producer of the sitcom. Rob Corddry ("The Daily Show") plays a socially inept 34-year-old guy still living with his parents (Lenny Clarke and Cincinnati native Julie Haggerty).
